Ordering Information

Order Confirmation:

After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Because this will be the only acknowledgement that you receive when ordering online, it is important that you accurately provide your e-mail address.

While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by email of any backorders. Please call if you have any questions or have not received an order confirmation.

Delivery:

Orders are processed each day and shipped within 3 working days. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched. Depending upon the delivery service selected, domestic shipments may take 1-4 days to be delivered by Aust Post. Freight time for international shipments may take 5-15 days depending upon location.

Packaging:

We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain sealed envelope or box. The return address label simply states "Candissa" along with our address.

Shipping and Handling

Domestic Shipments:

Candissa Lingerie uses a simple flat rate shipping method of $10 for domestic shipments under $250. We provide FREE shipping for domestic shipments over $250. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 3-5 days.

Express shipping is offered and calculated based upon the weight of the package. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 1-2 days.

International Shipments:

Customers may choose a flat shipping rate of $15 for all other international shipments. Please note, this shipping method is not guaranteed. This means that the customer has no recourse or claim against Candissa Lingerie for non-delivered orders and/or orders lost. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 7-14 days.

Alternatively, we offer an Express Post service which allows for faster delivery, tracking and is insured against loss. This shipping method is calculated automatically by weight but is more expensive than our flat rate shipping. Shipping time, once delivered to the post office, is approximately 3-5 days.

We accept Paypal payments who manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

We accept PayPal payments. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Our credit card transactions are always secure using the latest encryption technology.

For those who are uncomfortable using their credit card via the internet, you may to place your order by email, where you will be given a bank account number to deposit funds upon clearance the goods will be dispatched to you.

No shipment will be sent until the bank clearance has been confirmed. International shipments will require payment via wire transfer. We will contact you if this is a necessity.

Candissa Lingerie respects the privacy of personal information. All orders and issues will be discreetly handled, this includes communications, payment options, product purchases, packaging and delivery details. Your confidentiality is important to us, we promise never to sell, lend, give out, or otherwise publish your personal information to any third party without your consent.
 

Return Policy

Items purchased from Candissa Lingerie may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note: For health reasons, we do not exchange panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate items so please select these items with care.

E-mail us immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA #. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless the error is made by Candissa Lingerie.

Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the faulty item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit. Returns are to be sent to:

Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within two business days, please send a second email and phone us on 0423 622 966

Please allow us seven business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.
